These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClikGPT, including our website at clikgpt.com, our app at app.clikgpt.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using ClikGPT in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. If you are using ClikGPT on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by email and update the date above. Continued use of ClikGPT after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
ClikGPT is an AI-powered automation platform. You submit plain English instructions ("intents") and ClikGPT executes them by connecting to third-party tools like email, calendar, CRM, and messaging services.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use ClikGPT. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
ClikGPT is provided as a software-as-a-service product. We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice. We will always strive to improve the product and communicate significant changes in advance.
To use ClikGPT, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of other individuals without their consent. Each account is for a single user unless you are on a team plan that explicitly allows multiple seats.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the Service.
ClikGPT offers paid subscription plans as listed on our pricing page. All subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan.
Payments are processed securely by PayPal, our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorise PayPal to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription fee.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends.
If you are unsatisfied with ClikGPT within the first 7 days of a new paid subscription, contact us at billing@clikgpt.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Refund requests after 7 days are considered on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.
ClikGPT is a professional productivity tool. You agree not to use it in ways that are harmful, illegal, or disrespectful of others. Specifically, you must not:

We take misuse seriously and will cooperate with law enforcement if required. If you see someone misusing ClikGPT, please report it to support@clikgpt.com.
The intents you submit to ClikGPT and the data associated with them ("your content") remain yours. We do not claim ownership over any content you create or submit through the Service.
By using ClikGPT, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you — for example, passing your intent to our AI engine and connected integrations.
We do not sell your content to third parties, use it to train AI models, or analyse it for advertising purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
ClikGPT and everything that makes it work — including our software, design, workflows, branding, and documentation — is our intellectual property, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on ClikGPT's platform, interface, or code without our written permission. The name "ClikGPT" and our logo are trademarks and may not be used without prior consent.
ClikGPT is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly suited to your specific needs.
ClikGPT uses AI to interpret and act on your intents. While we strive for accuracy, AI systems can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content — such as emails or calendar entries — before relying on them for important decisions.
ClikGPT connects to third-party services like Google, HubSpot, and Slack. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behaviour of these services. Their outages or changes may affect ClikGPT's functionality.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClikGPT's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using ClikGPT and delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. In such cases, we will notify you unless prohibited from doing so.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and governing law — will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ClikGPT operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply in full.
